We Board all small Family Pets except Dogs and Cats.
Pets Pantry has been boarding rabbits, guinea pigs, small furries and birds for a number of years. We treat every boarding pet as if it is one of our own.
At Pets Pantry we understand that when people go away on holiday it is difficult to get friends or neighbours to look after you rabbit or guinea pig. Dogs and cats can go to licensed boarding kennels but there is nothing similar for small pets. Also many people do not want to hand over the keys to their home while they are away. That where we come in. For a modest daily fee we take all that worry away.
All boarded pets are in seperate cages, unless you request otherwise, and attended to from 7am to 10pm seven days per week
Hamsters and other furries are kept in their own cage. the cost
is £1.00 per day inclusive.
Rabbits and Guinea Pigs . We have
hutches and runs. The cost is
£1.50 per day inclusive
Bookings: All bookings will be classed as provisional until a booking form is completed. All Boarders are charged from the day of admission to the day of departure regardless of time of arrival or departure.
Health Check: All boarders should be in apparent good health. Any problems shall be notified by the owner at the time of arrival.
Medication/ special diets. We are happy to administer medication and feed special diets. This may incur additional charges.
Veterinary attention. If we feel the boarder needs vetinary attention we may contact the owners vet but we reserve the right to consult the East Neuk Vetinary practice. In the event of a serious problem we reserve the right to make decisions in the interest of the animal’s welfare. All vetinary fees are at the owner’s expense.
Disclaimer. While we treat all boarders with the same care we treat our own pets, all boarders are left at the owners risk.
Non Collection. In the event of non collection of a boarder we reserve the right to sell/ rehomed the pet to recover our costs.
Charges: Other pets by negotiation. Long term boarding by negotiation.
